BREAKING: T-Mobile releases the Galaxy Note 10 Android 10/One UI 2.0 update in stable version - PiunikaWeb

Samsung’s software updates game is way ahead of where it was a year or so ago, especially on timely security updates. Matter of fact, Samsung is arguably the best non-Google vendor as far as software updates are concerned.

Sure, the Korean company still has some way to go before it catches up with Google and even OnePlus as far as timely Android OS updates are concerned, but at the current rate, there’s no doubt Samsung is headed in the right direction.

The Galaxy S10 family received the stable Android 10 update nearly a month earlier compared to Android 9 Pie timeline with respect to the Galaxy S9 a year ago. The rollout started with global models before arriving on carrier-locked models in the U.S. and Canada.

Soon after, Samsung expanded the One UI 2.0 update rollout to the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ and even the entry-level Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M30 in India.

As of this writing, even the carrier-locked Galaxy Note 10 and its 5G counterpart already picked up the stable Android 10 update in the U.S. through Verizon Wireless and AT&T.

Today, the same update is now arriving on T-Mobile’s Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ handsets. Although it has a slightly different build number BSL8 (as opposed to BSL7 on other carriers), it brings the same One UI 2.0 based on Android 10.

Even though T-Mobile hasn’t updated the official software update page, several Redditors have also confirmed that indeed the Galaxy Note 10 Android 10 update is rolling out.

The update is available over the air weighing in at about 2.3GB, so be sure to connect to a strong Wi-Fi network in order to avoid unnecessary interruptions when downloading the files.

Since OTA updates usually take days to hit all units, stay patient as you wait for your turn to grab the latest Galaxy Note 10 Android 10 stable update. It shouldn’t be long, though.
